10 T-Shirt Tech Packs

I have 10 finished design sketches for my next t-shirt drop and now I need full production-ready tech packs built around them. Each pack must clearly spell out the fabric specifications, graded size measurements, plus every print or embroidery placement and colour call-out so my factory can sample without questions. I will supply the sketches and any reference artwork the moment we start. From there I’m expecting one tech pack per shirt delivered in both layered AI files (so my in-house designer can tweak later) and clean, press-ready PDFs for the manufacturer. Please lay the information out in the standard format buyers and factories recognise: front and back flats, zoomed artwork panels, BOM, measurement chart and construction notes. Turnaround is important—I’d like first drafts within a week, then we can lock final files after one revision round. If you regularly build apparel tech packs and know how to present trims, stitching details and print call-outs with Pantone codes, let’s do this.
