I need a clean, verified list of at least 10,000 freelancers, each record containing a working email address and a clear skill tag such as Web Development, Graphic Design or Content Writing. If you can also capture location, years of experience or availability, that will be an appreciated bonus, but the email and skill tag are mandatory. Quality is critical: bounced, duplicate or catch-all addresses won’t be accepted. Please outline the sources you plan to use and how you will validate the emails so I can be confident of a low bounce rate. Deliverables • A single file (CSV, Excel or Google Sheet) with 10,000+ unique freelancer records • Mandatory columns: email, primary skill • Optional columns if available: location, years of experience, availability • Brief verification report showing your validation method Acceptance criteria: less than 5 % bounce rate in my spot check and consistent formatting of the skill field.
