I have already drafted a full residential layout in AutoCAD (DWG format). Before the plans are submitted to the Pune Municipal Corporation, I need a licensed professional in Pune who can: • Examine the file specifically for compliance with local building codes and bylaws As PER FSI. • Return clear mark-ups or a short written note if any corrections are required; I will revise the drawing in AutoCAD immediately. • Once the drawing reflects your feedback, apply your official architect/engineer stamp (digital and, if necessary, one hard-copy signature) so the documents are submission-ready. Because the design work itself is complete, the scope is limited to code review and stamping only. Please confirm that you are currently authorized to stamp residential plans in Pune and let me know your estimated turnaround once you receive the DWG.
