I’m producing a single 5–7-minute video that introduces our logistics & moving CRM to Indian business owners. The piece should feel friendly and approachable while still looking polished and professional. Here’s the flow I have in mind: we open with a short 2D, story-driven animation that dramatizes the common headaches movers face every day. As the stakes become clear, the animation transitions smoothly into actual screen recordings of the CRM, walking viewers through each step of the workflow so they can watch the problems disappear and the benefits stack up in real time. To make the hand-off from animation to live screen capture feel seamless, thoughtful motion graphics, callouts, and light kinetic text will be important. Clean typography, a restrained colour palette that speaks to Indian logistics culture, and a clear voice-over script (I’ll supply the final VO) should keep things engaging without overwhelming first-time viewers. Deliverables • A finished 5–7-minute HD video (16:9, MP4) • All project files for both the animation (After Effects/Illustrator) and the edit (Premiere/DaVinci) • Light background music and SFX mixed beneath my supplied VO • Two rounds of revision on timing, graphics, or pacing Acceptance criteria The video must clearly highlight the business problems, show how each CRM feature resolves them, and end with a concise on-screen CTA. Screen recordings should be captured at full resolution, legible at 100 % zoom, and synched tightly with the narrative beats established in the animated section.
