I will send you a Matterport-derived xyz/obj point-cloud of an existing building. From that scan I need clean, renovation-ready 2D drawings that show only the essential outlines and dimensions—no fixtures or fine architectural detailing. The scope centres on three documents: • Floor plans • Elevation views • Cross sections File format for delivery can be DWG or PDF (both are welcome). Accuracy needs to follow the point-cloud within normal tolerance for renovation planning—walls, openings and structural edges must align within a few millimetres of the cloud data. Please use whatever workflow you prefer—Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or a point-cloud tool like ReCap or CloudCompare—as long as the results are layered logically and easy for another drafter to edit later. I will provide the cloud, a reference north point and any additional photos you might need. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any questions about the scan before starting so we can keep revisions to a minimum.
