I have a finished script that runs just under three minutes and a collection of high-resolution images for every character that appears. Your task is to turn those assets into a cohesive, AI-generated video that follows the script beat for beat. Here’s what I’ll hand over the moment we start: • The final script, already time-coded. • Still images of each character in the exact poses and angles you’ll need. From there, I’m counting on you to: • Select and use a generative-video platform (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, D-ID, or any comparable tool you’re comfortable with). • Bring each character to life—animated, live-action–styled, or a hybrid approach—so long as the result feels natural and matches the story’s tone. • Sync visuals perfectly with the script, adding appropriate voice, captions, subtle motion, and background ambience to hold attention for the full three minutes. • Deliver the final cut in 1920×1080 MP4 plus the project source in case small tweaks are needed. Acceptance criteria 1. Narrative flow and timing match the supplied script within ±2 seconds per cue. 2. All provided character images appear polished—no visible AI artifacts or frame glitches. 3. Audio levels are balanced, free of pops, and fully licensed. 4. Final file size under 500 MB while maintaining crisp playback on standard devices.
