Title: 3D Educational Rescue Reenactment Animation – Sample Required (Titan Missile Silo Fall Rescue) Category: 3D Animation / Motion Graphics / Video Production Budget: $30-$250 Project Description: We're producing an educational video for adult first responders and technical rescue teams, recounting a real rescue incident. The final piece needs to combine cinematic 3D animation with clear technical/educational value — think documentary-style reenactment, similar in tone and visual style to this reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeaX0IRjyd8 IMPORTANT: This posting is for a SAMPLE/TEST first. Before awarding the full project, we need to see your take on a short opening sequence based on the script below. Freelancers who submit a sample matching the required style will be shortlisted for the complete project. Sample Script (opening sequence only): "Around midnight, eight teenagers entered an abandoned Titan I missile silo in the rural plains using the light of their flashlights. One of the teenagers' phones (light source) dies, and he falls reportedly 30 feet through a hole in the floor within the silo because he cannot see. At 3am, firefighters are notified and dispatched to the scene." Style & Reference Notes: Overall tone/pacing reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeaX0IRjyd8 Reference footage of the actual silo structure for accuracy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c91w0YtD0To (relevant section starts ~10:33) We'd like a camera move similar to the blueprint/schematic tracking shot seen around 3:50 in the style reference — a top-down or isometric blueprint view where the camera pushes in to establish bearings/location before transitioning into the 3D scene. Clean, modern 3D aesthetic — professional but approachable, appropriate for an adult technical audience (not cartoonish). Full Project Scope (for context — full script/details provided after sample is approved): Storyboarding from a full script (~[X] minutes runtime, TBD) Full 3D production: modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, rendering Voice-over and sound design (VO may be supplied by us, or you can propose your own talent) Final delivery in HD/4K, plus source project files Content will be used on an internal training/learning platform What to Submit: A short sample sequence (10–20 seconds is fine) demonstrating your ability to handle the style, mood, and blueprint-tracking camera move described above Links to previous 3D educational/documentary-style animation work Your typical production pipeline/software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.) Estimated timeline and rate structure for the full project if selected
