I need a clean, well-structured list of 5,000 fresh Google Maps leads split evenly between Canada and the United States, but only from cities and provinces/states that sit in the Eastern Time Zone. The niches are Construction, Electrician, and Plumbing, and I want a healthy mix of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial service providers. Quality matters more than speed, yet I still expect delivery within one week. Every record must meet these filters: a Google rating above 3.0, between 10 and 90 reviews, and evidence of a recently active listing. If the business operates multiple branches, capture only the main location so I’m not paying for duplicates. Any duplicated or obviously dormant entries will be deducted from the final count before payment. Please deliver the final set in both a CSV file and a Google Sheet with the following columns: • Business Name • Phone Number • Rating (stars) • Review Count • Website (Yes/No) • City / State or Province Payment is a single $40 CAD release once I have verified that all 5,000 lines are unique and meet the criteria.
