I have 365 short web-based sheets, each with 27 text fields, that must be transcribed into an online portal I’ll give you access to. That adds up to 9,855 text entries, all of which need to be keyed in exactly as they appear in the source files. Time frame Everything has to be finished within seven calendar days of accepting the project. I’ll monitor progress daily inside the portal so we can quickly catch any issues. Data specifics • Content is plain text only—no elaborate formatting. • A handful of cells include specific symbols or special characters; those must be reproduced exactly. • No numeric data is involved. What I expect 1. 100 % accuracy (I will run a spot-check on every sheet; errors over 0.5 % will require re-work). 2. Strict confidentiality; the sheets contain internal information that may not be shared or stored elsewhere. 3. Steady, reliable pace so we comfortably meet the seven-day deadline. Payment structure Compensation increases with perfect accuracy and on-time completion; I’m happy to release milestones as blocks of sheets are verified.
