My plot measures 70 ft (length) by 47 ft (breadth) and touches two roads—one runs along the full frontage, the other along the right-hand side. I want to organise the site into three clear zones while keeping a clean, modern architectural language throughout: • Front zone: two street-facing retail shops, each with its own shutter and display frontage. • Central zone: the main residence with an external staircase. The ground floor will stay flexible, while the first floor must be a full 3 BHK. Please include an open vertical shaft that carries through both levels for light and ventilation. • Rear zone: a dedicated animal house containing separate feeding and sleeping areas. The only access for livestock should be a side gate opening onto the right-side road (no animal entry from the main front road). Key requirements 1. Produce dimensioned ground- and first-floor plans. 2. Clearly mark shop footprints, outside stairs, the 3 BHK layout, and the open shaft. 3. Provide a simple layout for the animal facility that labels the feeding and sleeping areas. 4. Maintain a modern style in form, façade treatment, and space planning. 5. Share at least one past modern design or concept image so I can gauge your visual direction. CAD drawings (DWG/PDF) are the minimum deliverable; a quick 3-D massing view is welcome if you already have a workflow set up in SketchUp, Revit, or similar. I’ll review initial sketches first, then move on to refinements and final drawings once the layout feels right.
