I publish an 84-page hunting magazine four times a year and need a designer who can handle the full layout in German. The look I’m after is modern and sleek—think clean grids, strong typography, and generous white space, while still leaving room for the earthy atmosphere that hunters expect. Each issue mixes feature articles, high-impact photo spreads, and a balanced selection of advertisements. I’ll supply the text, photos, and ad specs; you create a cohesive layout, choose complementary fonts/colours, and prepare everything for print and digital release. Adobe InDesign is my primary production tool, so working files in INDD plus press-ready PDFs are required at hand-off. Because the magazine is quarterly, reliability and adherence to deadlines are critical. When you respond, focus on your experience with multi-page editorial design—especially any German-language or outdoor titles you’ve handled—so I can see how you’ve solved similar challenges. Deliverables per issue: • Complete 84-page InDesign file (packaged) • Two print-ready PDFs (CMYK + low-res proof) • Thumbnail PDF for online flipbook After the first issue we’ll review the workflow together and lock in a smooth repeat process for the remaining three editions this year.
