I have a finished 48-page InDesign city-magazine template set up for A4. All I need is a faithful, page-for-page conversion to A5 so that, from now on, the entire magazine will be produced only in that smaller format. Here is exactly what the job involves. Every element needs to be resized and, where necessary, rearranged so it sits comfortably on the A5 page while preserving the original grid, hierarchy and overall look. I want the spirit of the design untouched—no new fonts, colours or creative twists—just the same magazine, shrunken and balanced. Proper Layers and styles. For images, drop in simple placeholders scaled down to match the new size; no cropping or substitutions. Text will come to you as Word documents, so set up the frames and styles to allow a straight import from those files. Fixed budget is 80 €—please accept that before starting any conversation. Deliverables • A fully packaged InDesign file (INDD + IDML, links and fonts) in A5 • Master pages, paragraph/character styles and object styles mirroring the A4 template • A short note confirming that each of the 48 pages has been checked for consistency after import tests with sample Word content Once delivered and approved, this will become our working template for every future issue.
