I’m ready to commission a clean, responsive academic website modelled after https://www.anhluongtran.com/. The core pages I need are Biography, Publications, Courses, and Contact Information. Each publication and course entry should link out to the relevant paper, syllabus, or repository so visitors can reach the source material in one click—no comment sections or search boxes required, just straightforward outbound links. Visual tone should remain minimalist and scholarly: generous white space, legible typography, and a layout that adapts gracefully to desktop, tablet, and mobile. I have content drafts in Word and PDF; you’ll handle converting them to web-ready copy, images, and hyperlinks. Scope • Design & build of the four sections above, plus a simple home/landing page. • Implement navigation and anchor links for all publications and course items. • Basic on-page SEO (semantic headers, meta tags). • Final delivery as a lightweight static site or a simple CMS (WordPress or Hugo are fine; advise on the faster path). • Handover must include source files and a brief guide so I can add new papers or courses myself.
