I need someone who can dive in, pinpoint the bottlenecks, and deliver measurable gains without disrupting existing features. Here’s how I see the engagement: • Analyse current queries, API calls, and any middleware that sits between the database and the front-end to uncover why the data feed to the search results is sluggish. • Optimise what you find—whether that means rewriting SQL, adding smart indexing, implementing server-side caching, or fine-tuning backend code. • Validate improvements with before-and-after metrics: Time To First Byte, total page load, and server response time for typical keyword searches and filtered queries.
