I need help transferring information from several text-based PDF files into an Excel spreadsheet and, where useful, into clean Word documents for later editing. Everything in the PDFs is selectable text, so no OCR is required—just careful copying, pasting, re-formatting, and validation to be sure every character matches the source. Here is what I expect: • All fields from the PDFs entered into the spreadsheet I will supply, following the exact column order and naming. • The original layout of each PDF page reproduced in Word, with consistent headings, spacing, and page breaks. • Zero typos or missing data; I will spot-check multiple records. • Delivery of the completed Excel file and corresponding Word files within the agreed timeframe, along with a brief change log if you spot any anomalies in the source. If you have solid experience in Microsoft Excel and Word and can double-check your own work for accuracy before handing it back, I’d love to get this moving right away.
