I’m organising several months of financial records and want them entered quickly and flawlessly into my spreadsheet-based database (Excel). All source documents are scanned and neatly labelled; I simply need each transaction transcribed into the correct columns, totals double-checked, and any discrepancies flagged. The work is pure database entry in Excel—no other platforms are involved. You’ll be pulling figures such as dates, voucher numbers, ledger heads, debit/credit amounts and GST breakdowns, then validating every line against the supporting document. Familiarity with basic accounting terminology or tools like Tally will make the process smoother, but the key requirement is uncompromising accuracy and a steady typing rhythm. Deliverables • A fully populated Excel file with every financial record entered and validated • Highlighted notes or a separate tab for any unclear or missing information • A brief completion report summarising total entries and issues resolved I’ll provide the template, naming conventions, and a small batch first so we can confirm style and precision before you continue with the full set.
