I have a backlog of sales figures that must be transferred from source documents into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. The job is straightforward data entry—no database work or online form filling—yet precision is essential because this sheet feeds our financial dashboards. You’ll receive scanned daily sales reports and a template with the exact columns, data validation rules, and formatting I already use. Simply enter each transaction, double-check for typos, and keep the date, item code, quantity, unit price, and total aligned with the template formulas. Once the batch is complete, save the file and send it back so I can import it into the master workbook. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable working quickly in Excel, understands the importance of accuracy with financial numbers, and can keep everything confidential.
