I have fewer than 50 editable-text PDF surveys that need to be transcribed into the spreadsheet template I’ll supply. Here’s the workflow I’m envisioning: • You open each editable PDF, copy or extract the answers, and paste them into the matching columns of my template. • You keep an eye on diacritics and other special symbols so they render exactly as in the original. • After entry, you run quick source-to-sheet spot-checks (totals, counts, or sample records) to confirm everything aligns with the PDFs.
