I have about 500 records sitting in a set of PDF files. Every record is pure text, but some of that text is locked away inside images and simple diagrams, so reliable OCR will be necessary. My Excel template is ready; each PDF record corresponds to one row, and every field has a clearly labelled column. Your task is to copy the visible text and extract the text that appears inside the images, then place everything into the correct cells without altering spelling, punctuation, or formatting. Please double-check each entry so the spreadsheet mirrors the source material perfectly. Deliverables: • Completed .xlsx file with all 500 records filled in according to my template • Brief log noting any characters or sections that could not be read with certainty Tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar OCR solutions are fine—as long as the final spreadsheet is accurate.
