My current residential floor plan needs three additional spaces—a bedroom, a full-size bathroom, and a compact office—integrated seamlessly into the existing layout. I already know the exact interior dimensions for each of these rooms and will share a hand-drawn sketch that labels wall lengths, door swings, and plumbing positions. The task is to translate that sketch into a clean set of architectural drawings that tie into my original plans. Accuracy is key: wall thicknesses, window placements, and circulation routes must remain consistent with the existing structure while meeting the new room sizes I specify. Deliverables • Updated 2D floor plan (DWG + PDF) reflecting the new bedroom, bathroom, and office • A dimensioned layout sheet that clearly calls out all new wall lengths and fixture locations • A simple annotated legend so contractors can read the changes at a glance All work can be carried out in AutoCAD, Revit, or another standard CAD tool—whichever you prefer—as long as the final files are fully editable. Once I send over the sketch and the original plan file, I’ll be ready to review your first draft and iterate quickly to completion.
