I need a simple yet sturdy 3-D printable mount that lets me tilt my high-output torch between two fixed angles: one pointing straight ahead for regular riding and one pitched downward so I can quickly “dim” the beam for on-coming traffic. Every holder I’ve found only pivots side-to-side, so this up-and-down action is the critical feature. The bracket must clamp securely to a standard handlebar, grip the torch firmly under vibration, and switch between the two positions with a positive click or similar detent so it won’t drift while I ride. I’m happy to give you exact torch and bar diameters as soon as we start. What I expect from you: • A printable 3-D model (STL or STEP) ready for FDM printing. • Clear notes on orientation, infill, and any hardware (bolts, rubber shims, magnets, etc.) the design relies on. I can run test prints locally, send feedback, and iterate if needed until the mechanism flips smoothly and holds its angles. If the CAD is sound and the print works, the project’s done.
