Project Description We are looking for an expert Affiliate Media Buyer and Optimization Specialist to immediately scale a high-velocity mobile app acquisition campaign. Our current funnel setup is: PropellerAds (Traffic Network) → BeMob (Tracker) → Tally Form (Offer/Acquisition Page). The infrastructure is already live and traffic is flowing, but we need a specialist who can aggressively optimize the placements to hit high daily conversion volumes while maintaining a strict target CPA. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Target: Scale up to 10,000 unique mobile acquisitions rapidly. Geos: Philippines (PH) Pan-Africa Afghanistan, Latin America Objective: Maximize aggressively cutting out low-performing zones. Responsibilities Aggressive Traffic Optimization: Monitor the BeMob dashboard continuously to identify and blacklist non-converting Zone IDs, OS versions, and carriers from PropellerAds. CPA Management: Finetune the PropellerAds CPA Goal bidding algorithm to ensure maximum distribution without blowing past target acquisition costs. Tracking Validation: Audit the postback loop between Tally, BeMob, and PropellerAds to guarantee zero data loss and flawless real-time tracking. SCALING Requirements Proven Experience with PropellerAds: Deep knowledge of Popunder/OnClick traffic behaviors and scaling mechanics. WE NEED TO SEE IF YOU ARE AN EXPERT. Expert-Level BeMob Setup: You must know how to build advanced rules, manage multi-variant landing configurations, and handle real-time optimization using BeMob data columns. Mobile Traffic Optimization: Expert understanding of optimizing Tier 2/Tier 3 mobile traffic (specifically targeting Android, specific browser tokens, and connection speeds).
