# Experienced Affiliate Programme Manager (Awin / Impact / PartnerStack or Similar) ## Build, Launch and Grow Our UK Affiliate Programme We are a UK subscription business looking for an experienced **Affiliate Programme Manager** to build, launch and manage our affiliate programme. This is **not** a social media or general marketing role. We are looking for someone who has **successfully launched and grown affiliate programmes** using platforms such as **Awin, Impact.com, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising** or similar. Our objective is to build a high-performing affiliate programme that generates consistent recurring monthly revenue. ## Your Responsibilities * Recommend the most suitable affiliate platform for our business. * Set up the complete affiliate programme. * Configure tracking, commission structures and programme settings. * Produce affiliate onboarding materials and guidance. * Recruit high-quality affiliates. * Identify and approach strategic partners. * Approve affiliate applications. * Communicate regularly with affiliates. * Help affiliates maximise their sales. * Create promotions and incentive campaigns. * Monitor performance and continually improve results. * Ensure programme compliance and minimise fraudulent activity. * Produce regular performance reports and recommendations. ## We Are Looking For Someone Who Has * Proven experience launching and managing affiliate programmes. * Strong knowledge of Awin, Impact.com, PartnerStack or similar platforms. * Experience recruiting and managing affiliates. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Experience working with subscription or recurring revenue businesses would be an advantage. * A proactive, commercially minded approach. * The ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. ## Please Include In Your Proposal * Which affiliate platforms you have personally managed. * Examples of programmes you have launched. * The approximate number of affiliates you recruited. * The industries you have worked within. * Results you achieved. * Your recommended platform for our business and why. * Your proposed 90-day strategy. * Whether you would recommend a fixed monthly management model, performance-based model or a combination of both. ## Important This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
