I already have the full specifications, drawings, and claims finalized for my next patent application. All I need now is an experienced Indian patent attorney who can take these documents, prepare the Form 1–5 package, and e-file it with the Indian Patent Office under the Startup Scheme at a competitive professional fee. My goal is straightforward: • File in India first and obtain the application number and filing receipts quickly. • Within the priority year, move the same application into the PCT route—so I would like your advice, timelines, and a clear cost breakdown for that second step as well. Because the drafting is complete, your work will focus on formality review, filing, and any immediate follow-ups such as Form 3 or clarifications from the Controller. I am not yet certain whether translations will be needed for the PCT phase, so please indicate how you handle that and quote it separately. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. Successful e-filing in India with proof of submission, application number, and PDF copies of every document stamped by IPO. 2. A brief report on next steps, government deadlines, and your professional fee structure for the PCT filing, including optional translation support.
