FungaBet is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our casino and sports-betting brand across selected African markets where our services and advertising are legally permitted. Responsibilities: • Build a localized social media strategy for priority African markets, adapting content to local cultures, languages, sports calendars, and audience behavior. • Plan and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, and other relevant channels. • Create monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, captions, creative briefs, short-form video ideas, and community-engagement plans. • Coordinate organic campaigns, paid social advertising, influencer or creator partnerships, promotions, and product launches. • Monitor comments and messages, protect brand reputation, and escalate customer issues appropriately. • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, qualified traffic, registrations, first-time depositors, CPA, and ROI; provide weekly reports and recommendations. • Follow all platform rules and applicable gaming, advertising, privacy, and responsible-gambling laws. Never target minors or restricted jurisdictions, and never use misleading “guaranteed win” claims. Ideal candidate: • Proven social media results in African markets; iGaming, sportsbook, casino, fintech, entertainment, or mobile-app experience is strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, analytics, content planning, community management, and influencer outreach. • Excellent English; relevant regional-language capability is a plus. • Able to identify country-specific opportunities and compliance risks before launching campaigns. This is an ongoing remote role.
