I have a batch of contract summaries covering minerals, oil & gas, and forestry concession agreements or development contracts in African countries between MNEs and governments. I need experienced paralegals/lawyers who are already familiar with the typical clauses, royalty structures, and regulatory obligations in these sectors. As part of an academic research, I want paralegals/lawyers to read each summary carefully and provide two scores of ambiguity and unconscionability with short notes that justify your decision. The results will feed directly into an academic research project, so consistency and transparent reasoning are essential. You will receive: • PDF copies of every contract summary (no full contracts)— 40 contract summaries (3 pages each on average) . A table to write your scores and notes. I need you to: 1. Work through every summary, applying your legal expertise 2. Add a short note and two scores for each. Deliverables: A completed table plus notes. When you submit your bid, please point me to past work that shows hands-on experience with natural-resource or similarly complex commercial contracts, especially in Africa.
