I have been using Agentbox for a while and all of my data is already live in the platform, but the initial configuration was mostly done on the fly. I now want the system structured properly so it supports our workflows instead of slowing us down. Your job is to jump into my existing Agentbox account, review the current settings and then complete a full, professional system setup. That will include refining the configuration, turning on the right features, and making sure everything is connected and running as it should. There is no data migration required—everything is already inside Agentbox—so you can focus entirely on optimisation. Deliverables • Audit of the current configuration with quick-win recommendations • Step-by-step implementation of the agreed changes inside Agentbox • Reassigning ownership and access settings for my team • Setting up a process to ensure contact ownership is updated and maintained • Advice on efficiently searching for contacts and properties • A short hand-over call or screen-recording so I know where to find and adjust the new settings If you have proven experience setting up Agentbox accounts from the back end, I would love to hear how quickly you can get this done and see examples of similar work you have completed.
