I’m steering a product that runs on a NodeJS / NestJS backend with Flutter mobile apps and a ReactJS web console, all hosted on AWS. I need a hands-on technical project manager who has already taken this exact mix from planning board to production and can repeat that success here. You’ll own the delivery pipeline in Jira, keep functional and technical notes current in Confluence, and publish concise stakeholder updates in Google Docs. Day to day, that means grooming the backlog, scoping sprints, unblocking engineers, and watching burn-down like a hawk while still diving deep enough to challenge architecture or API decisions when needed. AI features are baked into the roadmap, so previous experience integrating or overseeing machine-learning-driven components is essential. An agile mindset is non-negotiable; we iterate fast, release often, and measure everything. Team members are active from 10 AM to 10 PM IST. I don’t expect you to mirror that window end-to-end, but I do need reliable overlap for stand-ups, reviews, and ad-hoc issue resolution. Deliverables I’ll measure you against: • Sprint plan and committed scope published before each iteration • Weekly status/report deck summarising velocity, risks, and next steps • Release notes and post-mortem for every production push If you can guide a NodeJS-Flutter-React stack on AWS with disciplined agile practices and clear documentation, let’s talk.
