I want to develop a custom AI engine that can turn written scripts or simple scene descriptions into full 2D animated videos—no manual key-framing required. The goal is an end-to-end pipeline that ingests text, generates the storyboard and assets, and stitches everything together into a smooth, short video (think explainer-style pieces up to a couple of minutes). Here is the scope I have in mind: • Core model: leverage or fine-tune existing diffusion/transformer frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow preferred) so the system can produce consistent characters and backgrounds frame-by-frame. • Animation logic: interpolate poses and lip-sync automatically; output 1080p, 24 fps MP4. • Interface: a lightweight web app where I can paste a script, set scene breaks, and press “Generate”. • Deliverables: clean, well-commented source code, setup instructions, and at least one sample video rendered by the model to prove repeatability. I’m open to suggestions on model selection, training strategy, or incorporating services such as StableVideo, Gen-2, or custom diffusers if that accelerates results. What matters is that the final system consistently outputs coherent, stylised 2D animation from text alone.
