I need step-by-step guidance on designing, building, and deploying AI agents that automate day-to-day business tasks, with a clear focus on customer support. The tutoring should cover everything from selecting the right large-language-model framework to integrating the finished agent into real-world channels such as chat widgets, email, or help-desk software. Key topics I expect us to work through include: • Planning an agent’s role, conversation flow, and required data sources • Building, fine-tuning, or prompt-engineering the model so it reliably answers customer queries • Connecting the agent to external tools (APIs, CRMs, ticket systems) for end-to-end automation • Setting up monitoring, analytics, and continual improvement loops • Development best practices that keep data secure and make future scaling easy My goal is to walk away with a fully functioning customer-support agent and the know-how to replicate the process for other internal automations.
