We are a wholesale distribution company looking to automate our order processing workflow using AI and workflow automation. Orders come from emails, spreadsheets, our website, and partner channels. Instead of manually reviewing requests, entering data, checking inventory, and communicating with customers, we want an AI-assisted system that extracts order details, validates information, integrates with our ERP/CRM, requests approvals for exceptions, sends follow-ups, updates Slack or Teams, and keeps a complete audit trail. The solution should support human decision-making, not replace it, with reliable error handling, approval workflows, and easy scalability. We are open to technologies like Python, FastAPI, n8n, Make, LangGraph, OpenAI, Claude, PostgreSQL, and APIs. We expect a production-ready solution with architecture, integrations, monitoring, documentation, and examples of similar projects, along with your recommended tech stack, timeline, availability, and approach for handling duplicate orders and API failures.
