I need to replace my manual scheduling process with an end-to-end, AI-driven appointment-booking system. The goal is simple: visitors choose a time, the system confirms availability in real time, and every participant receives clear, automated reminders—no double-bookings, no back-and-forth emails. Core scope • AI scheduling engine that resolves conflicts, learns preferred time slots, and dynamically reallocates cancellations. • Clean, responsive user interface that can be embedded in both a website and a future mobile app. • Two-way calendar integration (Google, Outlook, iCal) so existing events instantly block slots and new bookings appear for the user. • Automated email/SMS/push notifications for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, all editable from an admin panel. • Admin dashboard to view, edit, or cancel appointments and adjust business rules without touching code. • REST or GraphQL API plus brief technical documentation so I can extend the system later. Acceptance criteria 1. A user can book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment in under two minutes. 2. Conflicting bookings are prevented 100 % of the time in a live demo with at least two connected calendars. 3. Notifications reach the test inbox/phone within 60 seconds of an event trigger. 4. Source code, environment file, and a one-page setup guide are delivered for local deployment. Feel free to work in the stack you know best—Python (FastAPI), Node, or a comparable framework—as long as the final solution is containerised and cloud-ready.
