Hi, I need a simple data extraction (scraper), enrichment, and analysis tool. The goal is to take data of Properties For Sale (from a PDF or Webpage), and convert it into easy to use and manage/edit Excel file. After, you we will need to use AI to do a cost analysis on each property for sale (whether to consider to purchase or pass). I will provide detail data points that all need to be captured. The task is the research real estate properties for sale by local state and county websites. It will require you to: a) Convert PDF data into structure Excel file b) Use local County, State tax assessor websites to source and identify the Parcel ID Number for each property and then produce the actual legal street number and mailing address. c) Get an estimate price/value of the property (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin) d) Get map view and street view of the property (Google maps) e) Identify the property type (i.e Single-family, Land, etc.). I will provide a list. f) Identify the property details (i.e 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, square foot, etc.). Will provide complete list. If I provide you with a sample file. Could you do this work?
