I want an experienced AI professional to look at my overall business operations and show me where intelligent automation will make the biggest impact. Today, a lot of time disappears into repetitive manual work—especially data processing, document handling and the inevitable stream of customer follow-ups. I need those areas redesigned so information flows automatically, staff are alerted only when human judgment is truly needed, and reports appear without anyone copying-and-pasting. You will start by auditing our current workflows, then propose practical AI or RPA solutions—whether that involves Python scripts, low-code platforms, GPT-powered assistants or a mix of tools you recommend. Once we agree on the roadmap, I expect working automations deployed in our live environment together with clear hand-off documentation. Deliverables • Diagnostic report pinpointing bottlenecks and quick-win automations • Implementation of agreed AI workflows for data processing, document handling and customer follow-ups • Training session and concise user guide so the team can maintain and extend the system The project is complete when the automations run reliably for a full workweek and my team can operate them without outside help.
