Job Title: AI Data Collectors — Egocentric Video Recording (Multiple Industries) — US & LATAM Project Type: Part-Time / Flexible Location: Remote — Work from your existing job location Duration: Ongoing Experience Required: None Project Overview Rilith AI (DataWorkLab) is hiring contributors across the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina to support an AI and robotics research project. Contributors record short first-person (egocentric) videos of their hands while performing real, everyday tasks at their current workplace. This data helps train next-generation AI and robotics systems to better understand how people interact with the physical world. No audio or speech is required — hands and task footage only. Eligible Industries & Tasks We're looking for individuals currently working in any of the following environments: Hotels & Lodging — Housekeeping, room turnover, bed making, linen sorting, amenity restocking Retail (Back of House) — Stocking, backroom organization, shelf restocking, price tagging Construction Sites — Site cleanup, drywall, insulation, painting, general trades Agriculture, Farming & Landscaping — Harvesting, planting, irrigation, crop sorting, groundskeeping Event Venues — Setup/teardown, table & chair arrangement, AV/cable management Personal Care & Grooming — Hair cutting & trimming, manicure & pedicure Trade Services (Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical) — Fixture installation, wiring, system tune-ups Auto Service, Tire Shops & Car Wash — Tire mount/dismount, oil changes, wash & detailing Carpentry & Furniture Workshops — Woodworking, assembly, sanding, staining Restaurants & Commercial Kitchens — Food prep, dishwashing, line cooking, deep cleaning Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial — Floor care, restroom sanitation, window cleaning Food & Beverage Manufacturing — QA inspection, production line, packaging, sanitation Warehousing & Distribution — Order picking, packing, receiving, loading Plastic & Light-Assembly Manufacturing — Machine tending, trimming, quality inspection Metal Fabrication & Welding — Welding, pipe cutting, grinding, part layout Requirements Currently working in one of the environments listed above Reside in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, or Argentina Own a compatible smartphone: iPhone 12 or newer (excluding 16e/17e) Google Pixel 6 or newer Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer Pay Rate USD 14/hour — United States USD 6.5/hour — Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina Up to 100 hours per environment per contributor Paid via PayPal Why Work With Us Record during your normal work shift — no extra time required Fully flexible schedule Get paid for every hour of footage Hourly payment 24/7 support available
