About us We're an established Australian digital marketing agency serving 70+ dental practices. We build WordPress/Elementor websites for local service businesses (dental clinics), and our current delivery timeline is ~30 days per site. We know agencies in e-commerce have compressed this to 2 days using AI-driven workflows. We want the same for local service websites — and we want to hire someone who has already built this, not someone who wants to figure it out on our dime. The project Design, build, and hand over a repeatable, documented workflow that automates the bulk of our website production using Claude (API and/or Claude Code) integrated with Elementor. The end state: our internal team can produce a client-ready local business website in 2–5 days with minimal manual build work. Deliverables Workflow architecture — end-to-end process map from client intake → content generation → page build → QA → launch Claude integration — prompt system / scripts / agents that generate site copy, page structure, and metadata from a client intake brief (we can supply intake data and brand guidelines per client) Elementor automation — reusable template kit + method for programmatically populating Elementor pages (e.g., template JSON manipulation, dynamic content, Theme Builder, or a headless/import approach — you tell us the best method, you've done it before) QA layer — checklist or automated checks so output is client-ready without a director bottleneck Documentation + handover — SOPs and a recorded training session so our team runs this without you Pilot proof — build 2–3 real sites through the new workflow before sign-off Must-haves (do not apply without these) You have built an AI-assisted website production workflow before, for an agency or at scale — and can show it (case study, Loom walkthrough, or live examples) Deep Elementor expertise: template import/export, global styles, Theme Builder, Hello theme, performance optimisation Hands-on experience with the Claude API or Claude Code (or equivalent LLM workflow you can port to Claude) Strong WordPress fundamentals (hosting, staging, migrations) Nice to have Experience with local service / medical / healthcare websites Automation tooling (n8n, Make, Zapier) connecting intake forms → AI → CMS Awareness of healthcare advertising compliance (we operate under Australian AHPRA rules — we'll brief you, but sensitivity helps) Screening questions (answer these or your application will be skipped) Describe a website production workflow you've automated before.
