Development of AI Agents for Automation of Reception and Receiving/Shipping Processes We are seeking a qualified specialist or team to develop and implement Artificial Intelligence agents focused on process automation for a warehousing company. The main objective of this project is to optimize operations, reduce operational costs, and minimize human error through the application of advanced AI solutions. The developed AI agents should be able to handle the ingestion and processing of various tasks, specifically the receipt and analysis of emails from clients and carriers. The core functionality will include transcribing and feeding data extracted from these emails directly into an API. A crucial challenge is the variability in the format of received emails. The agents will need to be robust enough to extract information that may come from: The email body (unstructured text). Image attachments. Excel spreadsheet attachments. PDF document attachments (invoices, collection orders, etc.). XML file attachments. Development of AI Agents for Automation of Receiving/Shipping Processes.
