The first milestone is an engine that can send timely, personalised promotional emails to everyone in my customer database without me touching a send button. After that, the framework should be easy to extend with additional automations—think follow-up sequences, behavioural triggers, or even on-site personalisation—so please architect it with future growth in mind. Here is what I expect to walk away with: • A working AI marketing automation platform (you’re free to leverage tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or a custom SendGrid + GPT / Python stack—just explain your choice). • At least one production-ready promotional email workflow, complete with triggering rules, dynamic content blocks, and performance tracking. • Clean documentation that covers setup, configuration, and how I can bolt on extra automations later.
