AI Software Engineer Needed to Make Our Mobile & Web App AI-Driven (Claude Code / OpenAI Codex) SOMEBODY WHO SPEAK FRENCH IS A PLUS !!!¨ About FASTAFF FASTAFF is a Swiss mobile and web application that connects students with local businesses looking for temporary staff. Our platform is available on iOS, Android, and the Web, and already serves thousands of students and dozens of companies. We are now looking for an experienced AI software engineer to transform our project into an AI-native codebase that can be maintained and evolved primarily through AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies. Project Goal Our objective is to significantly reduce our dependence on software developers for future updates and feature development. We want to be able to describe new features or changes in natural language and have AI generate and modify the code directly while maintaining a clean, scalable, and well-documented architecture. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: * Review our existing mobile and web application architecture. * Refactor the project where necessary to maximize AI compatibility. * Organize the repository following AI-friendly best practices. * Create complete technical documentation for both developers and AI assistants. * Configure the project for Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or an equivalent AI development environment. * Create all required context files (README, CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, architecture documentation, coding guidelines, prompt documentation, etc.). * Set up automated testing, linting, and deployment where appropriate. * Ensure the AI has enough project context to understand the business logic and safely implement future modifications. * Deliver a complete handover explaining how we can maintain and improve the application ourselves using AI. Long-Term Vision We are looking for a long-term solution rather than a one-time integration. Our goal is to build a codebase that remains compatible with current and future AI development tools, allowing us to add new features, fix bugs, and maintain the application primarily through natural language prompts instead of relying on external developers.
