I want to build an end-to-end AI module that ties together three pillars—diagnostics, treatment planning, and continuous patient monitoring—with a first release that concentrates on real-time health tracking. Scope of the first milestone The system must stream and analyse physical-activity data from common wearables or a phone’s motion sensors, flag patterns that merit attention, and generate concise, voice-to-text clinical notes. Whenever results cross a configurable threshold, the module should automatically suggest the most relevant specialist (e.g., cardiologist for irregular exertion patterns) so the patient knows whom to consult next. Core requirements • Real-time ingestion of step count, acceleration, and related movement metrics • Lightweight anomaly-detection model (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch or similar) running on the edge or a fast cloud function • Rules engine that matches detected issues with an indexed list of doctors/specialties supplied in CSV/JSON • Integrated speech-to-text component (Google Speech, Whisper, or equivalent) to convert user voice summaries into structured text notes • REST/GraphQL API plus a minimal dashboard where clinicians can review alerts and override recommendations Future expansion After the tracking foundation is stable, we will layer on predictive diagnostics and personalised treatment-plan generation, so clean, modular code and clear documentation are essential. Deliverables 1. Working source code with environment file and install script 2. API documentation (OpenAPI preferred) 3. Short demo video or live walkthrough proving real-time tracking, doctor recommendation, and voice transcription work together Acceptance criteria will be met once all three deliverables run successfully on my test data and the demo reproduces the alert-and-recommend flow without manual intervention.
