I have a large batch of short instructional videos that must be thoroughly annotated so our training models can pick up every meaningful cue. For each clip you’ll mark: • every spoken word and dialogue tag • all background or ambient sounds that carry context (machines humming, doors closing, etc.) • concise notes on visible actions, gestures, and other key visual details A comprehensive set of step-by-step guidelines, sample files, and a label taxonomy will be supplied before you begin, so you can focus on accuracy rather than interpretation. Handshake AI’s Project Gaffer conventions form the backbone of the workflow; if you know them already you’ll feel right at home, but solid experience on platforms such as Outlier, DataAnnotation, Appen, TELUS, or Remotasks is equally valuable. Deliverables per assignment: • a fully completed annotation file in the prescribed format • a brief quality-check checklist confirming guideline compliance • on-time submission through the designated portal When you reply, please include: 1. a short overview of your past annotation projects and the tools used 2. approximate hours you can commit each week 3. any familiarity with Handshake AI or similar schema I’ll review responses on a rolling basis and share a paid trial set with shortlisted annotators so we can get started quickly.
