I need a full-stack developer who can design and code a streamlined, custom CRM that covers the entire sales funnel for my real-estate team. The platform must excel at the three core functions I rely on most—lead ingestion and syncing, AI WhatsApp follow-up, and a clear analytics dashboard—while capturing every key data point: contact details, property preferences, and each buyer’s timeline and budget. Lead ingestion & database Every new prospect coming from Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram) should flow automatically into a central database. I picture an Excel/Google-Sheets style grid where my agents can filter, sort, or bulk-edit records without touching the back end. Reliability and near-real-time syncing are non-negotiable. AI WhatsApp follow-up The moment a lead arrives, the system must trigger an official WhatsApp Business message: a friendly greeting followed by an OpenAI-powered chat sequence that qualifies the buyer, answers FAQs, and schedules automated reminders. When a conversation needs human input, my agents should be able to step in seamlessly through a unified inbox. Analytics & pipeline tracking I want a tidy React UI that displays each stage—New, Contacted, Site Visit, Offer, Closed—plus conversion rates and campaign performance at a glance. Custom date ranges and simple export functions will help us fine-tune ad spend.
