Our pest-control company wants every incoming lead to feel as if they are speaking with a friendly, knowledgeable human the moment they pick up the phone. I need an AI voice agent that can answer calls, qualify the caller, give basic service information, gather contact details, and seamlessly hand hot leads to my team or book them into our calendar. The focus is customer communication by phone only—no email or chat for now. Please show past work where you have: • Deployed or customised voice AI (Twilio Voice, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Connect, or comparable platforms). • Trained the agent on industry-specific knowledge or FAQs. • Integrated call transcripts and lead data into a CRM or spreadsheet. Key tasks ahead: 1. Design the conversation flow around typical pest-control questions (pricing, treatment safety, appointment slots, warranties). 2. Implement the voice agent, ensure natural tone, minimal latency, and accurate speech-to-text. 3. Route qualified calls or booked appointments to our existing phone line and Google Calendar. 4. Provide a brief knowledge-base that I can later expand myself. I will judge success by a live demo that: – Handles at least three common scenarios without human intervention. – Captures caller name, number, suburb, and service need with 95 % accuracy. – Sends an immediate SMS/email summary to me after each call.
