I need an AI-driven web portal that takes repetitive office work off my plate. The core goal is process automation: • Task scheduling – the app must connect to Google or Outlook calendars and push deadline reminders so nothing slips. • Email handling – automatically sort, tag, and draft responses where it can, leaving only the exceptions for me. • Report generation – pull data from our CRM and marketing tools, then compile clear PDF or dashboard-style reports. • Lead management – spot “hot” leads in real time and trigger workflows that nurture or route them, plus run periodic campaigns to generate fresh leads. A clean browser interface, solid user-management, and well-documented APIs are essential so future features can be added without a rebuild. I’m open to the tech stack, but common choices like Python (FastAPI, LangChain), Node, React, or similar will fit well, and the final code must be container-ready for an easy cloud deploy. Deliverables: 1. Working portal hosted on a test server. 2. Source code with install scripts and README. 3. Short loom/video walkthrough showing the main automation flows in action. Once everything passes basic UAT—calendar sync, email triage, automated reports, and lead detection—I’ll move it to production and release final payment.
