I’m building an end-to-end, AI-driven ERP platform tailored to the fast-moving consumer-goods industry. The system must knit together every operational layer—bill of materials, POS, accounting, HR, payroll, field reps and commissions—while staying light enough to run smoothly on web and mobile. My immediate priority is a rock-solid Sales and Intelligent Invoicing module. I want machine-learning routines to suggest cross-sell items, flag pricing anomalies, and auto-generate compliant invoices that adapt to changing tax rules. From there, the Point of Sales front end should flow naturally, updating stock in real time and giving me clear, AI-powered Sales Analytics alongside tight Inventory Management. On the people side, the HR component has to focus first on Performance Reviews, using data from sales targets, attendance and KPI dashboards to generate actionable insights for managers. Additional requirements • Mobile companion app for reps, complete with Google Maps integration for route optimization and new-lead discovery. • Commission engine that calculates payouts automatically and feeds figures straight into payroll. • Unified chart of accounts so accounting entries originate automatically from POS and invoicing events. • Scalable cloud architecture with role-based access, audit trails and API hooks for future modules. Deliverables 1. Functional prototype covering Sales & Intelligent Invoicing, POS (with inventory and analytics), and HR performance-review workflows. 2. Source code, database schema and documented APIs. 3. Deployment guide plus test data demonstrating end-to-end transactions. Acceptance criteria will revolve around transaction speed, data integrity across modules, and AI recommendation accuracy.
