Section 12: Deliverables Expected from the Software Development Company The selected software development partner shall be responsible for end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and post-go-live support for the AI-powered Industrial Procurement Platform (Web Portal + Mobile Apps). Deliverable Description 1. Business Requirement Document (BRD) Detailed business processes, workflows, user journeys, and functional requirements. 2. Software Requirement Specification (SRS) Comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications. 3. UI/UX Design (Figma) Wireframes, clickable prototypes, responsive layouts, design system. 4. System Architecture Cloud architecture, microservices, integrations, security, scalability. 5. Database Design (ERD) Normalized database schema, relationships, indexing strategy. 6. API Documentation REST APIs documented using OpenAPI/Swagger. 7. Web Portal Development Buyer, Supplier, Manufacturer, Admin, Super Admin and Commercial portals. 8. Mobile Applications Native-quality Android & iOS applications for buyers and suppliers. 9. Admin & Master Data Portal User management, product master, categories, approvals, audit logs. 10. AI Module Integration AI-powered RFQ builder, product extraction, specification mapping, quotation comparison, supplier recommendations. 11. Product Information Management (PIM) Bulk upload of products through Excel/CSV/PDF, AI extraction of catalogues, approval workflow, versioning. 12. CRM & Subscription Billing CRM for Buyer Companies, Suppliers, Manufacturers and Service Providers. Subscription plans, invoicing, renewals, GST invoices, payment gateway integration. 13. Membership Plans Free, Premium and Enterprise plans with configurable features and limits. 14. Bid Usage Model Configurable business rule such as first 1–2 RFQs/Bids free for buyers, thereafter pay-per-bid or subscription. Admin-configurable pricing. 15. QA & Testing Unit, Integration, System, Performance, Security and UAT testing. 16. DevOps (CI/CD) Git, automated builds, deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring. 17. Security RBAC, MFA, encryption, audit trail, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing. 18. Production Deployment Deployment to production cloud, backups, DR strategy, monitoring. 19. Documentation & Training User manuals, admin manuals, API docs, technical documentation and training. 20. Post-Go-Live Support Minimum 12 months warranty/support including bug fixes, monitoring, performance optimization and minor enhancements. CRM & Commercial Requirements • Support Buyer Companies, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Dealers and Service Providers. • Lead management and onboarding workflow. • Subscription lifecycle management. • GST-compliant invoicing and payment tracking. • Coupon, referral and promotional campaigns. • Plan-wise feature access. • Usage-based billing (per RFQ/Bid/API/storage if required). • Automated renewal reminders and payment reminders. • Dashboard for revenue, active subscribers and conversions.
