The finished product must present a unique, modern interface that remains lightning-fast and fully responsive on every device while supporting English plus additional languages of my choosing. Core build requirements • User management: registration, secure login, password recovery, and rich member profiles that automatically display every property the member has published with its current status. • Listings workflow: create, edit, or archive properties; attach images, live-recorded video, and supporting files that go into an approval queue for admin review. • Media & collateral: one-click generation of PDF or image brochures for any published offer. • AI layer: intelligent search and recommendation engine that improves results over time. • Navigation: advanced, filter-rich search plus the ability for users to save favourites. • Integrations: Google Maps for geo-location, major social networks for sharing and sign-in, and a payment gateway to unlock premium services. • Architecture: highly secured, SEO-friendly, multilingual, and built for horizontal scalability so a companion iOS/Android app can be spun up with minimal extra work. • Ongoing commitment: a minimum of two years of post-launch support, covering bug fixes, performance tuning, and security patches. Acceptance criteria 1. Page load under two seconds on a mid-tier 4G connection, verified by Lighthouse. 2. OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities mitigated and PEN-tested. 3. SEO health score above 90 on Ahrefs or equivalent. 4. Full source code, database schema, and deployment scripts delivered in a private Git repository alongside comprehensive documentation. 5.
