I need an end-to-end, AI-powered Preventive Health Assessment Platform that patients can access seamlessly from both web and mobile browsers. After answering structured questions on age, gender, height, weight, lifestyle, medical history, family history, symptoms and basic vitals, each user should instantly receive: • A rule-based, personalized health-risk assessment (this is guidance only, not a medical diagnosis). • A professionally formatted PDF report carrying our hospital’s branding, ready for download or email. • A unique “Unigold Health Passport” featuring a QR code that links to the patient’s lifetime digital health record. Core build requirements • Responsive front-end and back-end that work equally well on phones, tablets and desktops. • Straightforward Email-and-Password authentication; the flow must be secure and GDPR-conscious from day one. • Admin panel where hospital staff can edit the question set, add or adjust rule-based recommendations, and view/export patient data. • Modular architecture so we can later plug the system into our Hospital Information System (HIS) via API. • Clean, maintainable code with automated tests and clear deployment instructions. Preferred stack & skills React / Vue or similar for the UI, Node.js or Django for the API, relational database for structured health data, PDF generation libraries such as jsPDF or wkhtmltopdf, and solid experience in rule-based engines or decision trees. Familiarity with healthcare compliance, basic encryption practices, and containerised deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, or comparable) will stand out. Deliverables 1. Source code in a private Git repository with README and setup scripts. 2. Deployed staging instance for walkthrough and QA. 3. Final production build, signed-off admin manual, and hand-over session. Acceptance criteria – All question flows render and validate correctly on Chrome, Safari, and Chrome Mobile. – PDF reports match the supplied branding guide and generate in under five seconds. – QR codes redirect reliably to the corresponding digital record. – Admin edits propagate instantly without code redeploys. – No critical vulnerabilities flagged by OWASP ZAP scan.
