I’ve just launched an AI-powered real-estate app and need an organised, intermediate-level virtual assistant who can keep our day-to-day workflow on track during office hours, 9 am – 5 pm MST. Your first focus will be producing image-slideshow property tours inside the app. The process is largely drag-and-drop—no video editing or specialist software required—yet a good visual sense and attention to detail are essential so each tour feels polished and on brand. Second, I’ll rely on you to maintain an active social presence. Expect to draft captions, schedule posts, and engage with comments on the major platforms we decide to prioritise for each campaign. Familiarity with basic content tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and AI tools like ChatGPT will help you move quickly. Finally, you’ll handle front-line chat support, answering common questions about the app, escalating technical issues to me when needed, and logging user feedback so we can improve future releases. Deliverables I’ll review weekly: • A set number of completed slideshow tours uploaded to the app • A post calendar showing what went live and the engagement earned • A concise chat-support report noting resolved tickets and any open items If you are comfortable juggling these three streams during the stated hours and can communicate clearly in English, let’s get started. Hours are 9am to 5pm MST. Pay is $4/hr with pay increase as company grows.
