I want a fully-automated, n8n-based workflow that takes a post from idea discovery all the way to live publication and reporting. Facebook is the immediate priority, yet I would like the architecture to stay flexible enough for Instagram and Telegram extensions. Here is the flow I have in mind: • n8n scrapes reputable trend sources, identifies hot topics, and feeds them to OpenAI for script drafting. • The same GPT call (or a chained one) produces professional-sounding captions, SEO keywords, and high-engagement hashtags. • Image or short-form video ideas are turned into prompts ready for DALL-E / Midjourney or a similar generator. • All candidate content is routed to me for approval—Telegram message or Google Sheet status toggle are both acceptable. Nothing publishes without that green light. • After approval, the workflow pushes the post through the Facebook Graph API (later: Instagram & Telegram). • Analytics such as reach, engagement, and click-through are pulled back, timestamped, and logged in a dedicated Google Sheet. • A concise daily report is sent to Telegram summarising KPIs. Deliverables & hand-off requirements 1. Complete n8n workflow exported as JSON plus a visual diagram. 2. API keys masked but clearly annotated so I can re-insert mine. 3. README explaining each node, error-handling logic, and how to add new platforms or steps. 4. Short Loom or written walkthrough showing the system running end-to-end. Acceptance criteria • A test post travels the entire loop, appears on my Facebook page, and metrics arrive in Google Sheets within the same day. • Manual approval gate can be triggered and bypassed on command. • Daily Telegram report matches the Sheet data.
